Sang-gyé worked as a professional dancer. During her career she practiced Pilates. Having personally experienced the multiple benefits of this system, she went on to become an instructor.
Sang-gyé also studied massage therapy and Spatial Yoga. She has been massaging and teaching for over 20 years. She brings all her years of experience and technical expertise to helping her clients become stronger, fitter, more mobile and/or recover from injury.
Pilates can help those with - back pain, fibromyalgia, migraines, scoliosis, shoulder problems, postural problems. General fitness, pre and post-natal women. It enhances – general fitness, strength and mobility.
